CHEFS SALAD BOWL 
1 clove garlic, cut in half
1 head of lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
1 cucumber, chopped
2 lg. tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 can asparagus, tips or spears
1 can pickled beets, cut into strips
3 sm. carrots, cut into small sticks
3 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1 c. cooked ham, cut into strips
1 c. cooked chicken, cut into strips
1 c. cooked roast beef, cut into strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Rub large bowl with cut garlic clove. In bowl combine lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. Arrange eggs, carrots, beets, asparagus, ham, chicken and beef. Use your favorite dressing.
