CHEF'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. fresh orange sections
1 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. unpeeled chopped apples
1/4 c. raisins
4 c. chopped lettuce
2 c. 1% low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. commercial low calorie French dressing

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Layer lettuce and cottage cheese in a large bowl; drizzle with French dressing. Spoon fruit mixture over dressing; top with walnuts.
