9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. lemon extract
Dash of nutmeg

Soften butter; add sugar and cream well. Add flour and eggs - beat well. Stir in buttermilk, flavorings and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Place on wire rack to cool completely before serving.
