HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion (opt.) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2/3 c. melted butter 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. corn flake crumbs Combine potatoes (frozen), onion, soup, sour cream, cheese together and put in a glass baking dish (13 x 9 inches). Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Pour melted butter over the corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
