HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of potato soup 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thaw & crumble 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients except cheese. Use 1/2 of cheese now and reserve the other half to top with the last few minutes of baking time. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
