HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. butter Salt & pepper to taste 1 onion 1 can creamed chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated cheddar cheese Mix above ingredients and put in 9"x13" greased pan. Combine 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
