SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked sliced squash
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. Ritz crackers (crushed)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. grated cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
