FISH FILLETS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
(Microwave)
 
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dried parsley
4 fish fillets

Place fillets in glass casserole. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over the fillets. Cover, microwave on roast for 18 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
