JAPANESE B.B.Q. 
1 lb. sliced beef
1 or 2 green peppers
2 c. carrots
1 eggplant, chopped or sliced
1 or 2 squash, chopped or sliced

Sauce:

3 tbsp. DASHI sauce
2 tbsp. sake
1 tbsp. water
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped

Mix sauce to prepare for BBQ. Stir beef and vegetables with BBQ sauce. Broil and turn until beef is done and vegetables are clear.
