JAPANESE SALAD 
1 sm. head of cabbage, chopped
2 green onions, including tops, chopped
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. uncooked Top Ramen noodles, broken
1 can shrimp

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
Seasoning packet from Top Ramen noodles

Combine all dressing ingredients and mix until sugar dissolves. Combine cabbage, onions, almonds and sesame seeds. Add dressing and toss. Add Ramen noodles, shrimp, and toss again thoroughly. Serves 6 but can easily be doubled.
