JAPANESE SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast (2 pieces)
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage, finely shredded
2 green onions with tops, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen chicken flavored noodles

Prepare 1 day ahead of use.

Bake chicken breast, unseasoned, skin side down, at 325°F to 350°F for 45 minutes (micro, 6 minutes). Dice. Toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes in 300°F oven.

Salad Dressing:

1 pkg. seasoning from noodles
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Blend well. Break up noodles. DO NOT COOK! Add cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds and chicken. Toss with salad dressing. Refrigerate overnight.
