CREAMED BROCCOLI JUNK 
20 oz. chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom or other favorite creamed soup, undiluted and optional
Bacon bits are also good; optional
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. round crackers

Mix broccoli and cheese in casserole dish until melted some. Add soups and mix. Melt butter in saucepan. Crumble crackers and add to butter. Sprinkle butter and cracker mixture over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
