BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/2 c. water
1/2 bay leaf
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 to 2 onions, sliced

Season the pork chops with flour, salt and pepper and brown lightly on both sides. Remove chops to baking dish. Place the sliced onion on top of the chops. Combine the rest and put on top of chops.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
