PORK CHOPS AND POTATO BAKE 
6 center cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. hash brown or O'Brien frozen potatoes
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown them in pan on top burner. Place in casserole dish. Combine celery soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in the package of frozen potatoes (thawed) and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour over pork chops in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, balance onion rings and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
