CINNAMON BUNS 
In a large iron skillet, sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and a little water to make syrup.

In a bowl, heat 1/2 cup milk just to warm, also 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 package yeast. Heat all above.

Add 2 eggs. Sift 2 1/2 cups flour. Pour warm mixture over flour. Mix. Let rise 30 minutes. Then roll out dough thin. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll out, cut to make the buns. Let rise again 20 minutes. Butter top and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
