QUICK CINNAMON BUNS 
5 c. flour
2 tbsp. yeast (quick-rising)
1 (9 oz.) white cake mix
1 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, cake mix, salt and warm water. Add enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Turn out onto floured surface and knead until smooth (6 minutes).

Roll out and spread butter and cinnamon. Roll up and cut (approximately 1 1/2 inches) into cinnamon buns. Allow to rise double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
