STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers, cut in half and put in boiling water 5 minutes
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. nuts, pecans, chopped
Few dehydrated onions
1 c. K cereal crumbs
2 eggs, beaten

Mix the above ingredients. Stuff peppers with the mixed ingredients. Pour 2 cans of tomato soup over the stuffed peppers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until done.
