EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 (2 layer) cake mix (yellow)
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. finely shredded carrots
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (16 oz.) tube vanilla ready-to-spread frosting

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water, cinnamon - mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and spread with frosting. 12 servings.
