EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
3 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. finely shredded carrots

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Stir in nuts and carrots. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done by testing with toothpick. Cool, then frost with Vanilla "Philly" Frosting.

VANILLA "PHILLY" CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted powdered sugar

Combine cream cheese, milk and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Ice cake after it has cooled.
