SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 tubs whipped cream
20 oz. fruit, not drained
1 c. white sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. angel food cake
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Coconut
Chopped nuts

Soften gelatin in cold water, add boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add sugar, lemon juice and fruit and chill (do not let it set). Whip 1 tub of whipped cream into gelatin mix. Break angel food cake into small pieces, place alternately with gelatin mix into cake pan.Top cake with tub of whipped cream then sprinkle with coconut and nuts. Put in refrigerator until set, then serve.
