2 env. unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
Juice of one lemon
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
4 env. Dream Whip
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. angel food cake
1 box coconut
1 jar maraschino cherries

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and sugar and crushed pineapple with juice. Whip 2 envelopes Dream Whip and fold into gelatin mixture. Line cake pan with wax paper. Break angel food cake into small pieces and place in pan. Spread gelatin mixture over cake and chill overnight. In the morning whip 2 more envelopes of Dream Whip as directed and spread over cake. Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with cherries.
