SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 angel food cake
1 can coconut

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and pineapple. Mix well and put in ice box until partially set. Fold in large container Cool Whip to mixture. Break angel food cake into bite-size pieces.

Layer cake pieces and gelatin mixture into large glass bowl. Start with cake pieces. Leave in ice box overnight. Unmold by sliding knife along sides of bowl. Invert on cake plate. Frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1 can coconut. (Sometimes I mix the coconut and Cool Whip together for easier frosting.)
