1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Beat 5 minutes and put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 can (1 lb.) crushed pineapple & juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 3/4 instant vanilla pudding

Mix together, put on cake and refrigerate.
