ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 c. 1/2 inch sliced, peeled zucchini
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water

Boil this 5 minutes.

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 lb. diced cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 onion

Melt butter. Add hamburger, salt, onion. Cook until brown. Butter casserole, put layer squash, meat, cheese. Repeat. Pour undiluted soup over top. Brown bread crumbs in melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
