ONE - PAN PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut pork chops
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes (15 1/2 oz.)
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. chopped celery
Water to add as rice cooks
1/4 tsp. salt

Place chops in a skillet. Spoon rice over each chop. Pour in tomatoes. Add celery and salt. Simmer on low to medium. Check occasionally and add water when needed (45 minutes).
