ONE PAN PORK CHOP MEAL 
4 pork chops, center cut
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
small bag baby carrots
1 head of cabbage
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
butter (optional)

Brown pork chops in large skillet, add cubed potatoes, whole baby carrots. Cut cabbage into quarters and place on top. Pour tomato sauce over cabbage.

Place lid on skillet and cook till vegetables are done approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Best if you add dots of butter over cabbage. Enjoy!
