VEAL PICCATA 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. thin sliced veal
1 whole lemon, sliced
1/2 c. white chablis
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Trim and pound veal very thin. Combine flour, salt and pepper to taste. Dredge veal in flour mixture. Melt butter in electric fry pan - 350 degrees. Brown floured veal. Add lemon slices and wine. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
