TATER TOTS HOT DISH 
1 1/4 lbs. lean raw hamburger
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
Velveeta cheese or 2 c. grated cheese
1 diced onion
1 spear celery, cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen tater tots

Spray large casserole or glass cake pan. Cover bottom with frozen tater tots. Cover with broken pieces of hamburger, onions, celery, mushroom pieces and mushroom soup. Add more tater tots to the top, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 2 hours. Five minutes before taking out of oven, add slices of cheese or grated cheese.
