BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. beef, cut in strips
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
2 tbsp. butter
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato paste
Chopped onion
1 can beef broth
1 c. sour cream

Heat skillet, add butter. Cook meat, onion, mushrooms, garlic and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Remove meat and mushrooms, add beef broth. Add butter, when melted blend in flour and paste. Stir in sour cream and sherry. Heat. Serve with noodles.
