MY BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lb. bias cut round steak
1 lg. can mushrooms, pieces
2 med. chopped onions
1/4 c. flour
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 - 2 cans beef stock
1/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles

Using top or bottom round steak cut in strips on the bias, about 1/2 inch wide. Roll beef heavily in flour. Brown beef in oil just brown and set aside. Saute onions and garlic in oil until soft, add marjoram and Worcestershire sauce. In casserole, layer beef and onion mixture. Add liquids until 2/3 to 3/4 covered. At this point, casserole may sit in refrigerator for up to a day. Bake, covered at 350 degrees. Just before serving add sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
