6-8 sm.-med. red potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp. crushed garlic
Scrub potatoes well and leave skins on. Pierce each with a fork. Melt stick of butter in microwave dish large enough to contain potatoes. Mix garlic into butter. Place potatoes in dish with garlic butter. Cook for 5 minutes in microwave on High. Turn potatoes over and baste with garlic butter. Cook 5 more minutes, turn and baste. Continue in this manner until potatoes are cooked through. Top as desired with more garlic butter and sour cream.
