HOT BAKED FRUIT 
1 lb. pitted prunes, chopped
1/2 pkg. dried apricots, chopped
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 12.

Can be served hot or cold. Good with ice cream, whipped cream, or over pound cake. Freezes well.
