HOT FRUIT 
15 oz. chunky applesauce
8 oz. mandarin oranges
8 oz. apricot halves
8 oz. pineapple chunks
8 oz. sliced peaches
1 can cherry pie filling

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Drain and cut up oranges, apricot halves, pineapple chunks, and peaches. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer applesauce first, then cut up and drained fruit. Then spread cherry pie filling. Sprinkle topping and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Also good cold the next day.
