CORN PUDDING - MICROWAVE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1-2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten

Place butter in a deep 1 quart heat resistant casserole dish. Heat, uncovered, on high for 30-45 seconds. Blend flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add corn and egg. Blend thoroughly. Microwave uncovered on medium-high for 12- 14 minutes or until set, stirring through cooking time. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
