MICROWAVE CUSTARD FOR BANANA
PUDDING
 
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
3 whole eggs
2 c. milk

Scald milk for 4 minutes. Combine sugar, flour and salt, mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs and mix with a wire whisk. Slowly add milk, stirring. Cook on high 4 minutes, take out and stir. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
