1 lb. hamburg 4 green peppers Several stalks celery, diced 1 can tomato paste Salt and pepper to taste 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 red peppers 4-5 onions, sliced 2 tbsp. grated cheese Crushed red pepper (optional) Chop peppers. Fry hamburg in skillet in olive oil. In another saucepan, put the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly at low heat until vegetables are tender. Add to cooked hamburg and mix well. Serve on hot dog or hamburg rolls. |
