FLOUR ICING 
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan gradually stir in flour in milk. Stir and heat until a thick paste forms. Let cool in refrigerator at least 1/2 hour. In a separate bowl cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add cooled flour mixture. Beat for 5 to 10 minutes at high speed.
