1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg (optional)
1 (12-cup) muffin tin

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
