CRAB MUFFINS 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) tin crabmeat, drained or fresh
1 lg. jar Kraft Old English cheese or Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
8 English muffins, split
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt (optional)

Cream together cheese, mayonnaise, butter, crab and garlic powder and salt. Generously spread on muffins. Cut into small pieces; lay on cookie sheet and freeze. Place in plastic bag once frozen. To serve, bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

NOTE: If you are watching your salt, omit seasoned salt and use garlic powder instead of salt. This tends to be a little salty because of the cheese and crab. You can also rinse off the crabmeat; drain well.
