PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
2/3 c. water
Walnuts (optional)

Combine all dry ingredients and blend. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add all the wet ingredients; blend well. Add nuts, if desired. Pour equal amounts into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before removing from pan and then continue to cool on wire racks.
