ST. JOHN'S JELLO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (lime, orange or cherry)

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool. Mix cake mix and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Add dissolved Jello. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Prick with fork and glaze by pouring over hot cake and spreading with back of spoon. Cool before cutting. Serves 20 pieces.
