SWEDISH NO CRUST APPLE PIE | |
Fill ungreased pie pan (glass preferred) 2/3 full with apples. 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Sprinkle over apples. In bowl mix 3/4 stick of soft butter, 1 cup sugar and pinch of salt until grainy. Add 1 cup flour and 1 egg until well mixed. Then add 1/2 cup chopped nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until you can see brown through sides of glass pan. |
