SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 jigger rum
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease a 10 inch fluted pie plate with butter. Fill with thinly sliced apples (approximately 3 pounds). Sprinkle with mix of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Heat oven at 350 degrees.

Mix together all of the other ingredients. Pour over the apples. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
