SWEDISH APPLE NUT PIE 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts
1 egg
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Beat egg, gradually beat in white and brown sugar, flour and butter. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla; mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Turn in buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
