DUTCH APPLE PIE (BROWN BAG) 
1 unbaked 9 inch shell
4 lg. apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and put into pie shell.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix well. Cover fruit with topping. Place pie in heavy brown bag. Fold open end of bag two times and fasten with paper clips. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for one hour. Open bag to cool pie.
