WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. (2-3 med.) mashed bananas
1/3 c. water
1 c. Pillsbury Best all-purpose or unbleached flour
1 c. Pillsbury Best whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, blend sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas and water; mix well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

In medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, soda and salt. Add dry ingredients gradually to banana mixture, mixing well until combined. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Makes 1 loaf.
