JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to butter mixture along with the milk. Stir until mixed. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tins to top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes (approximately).

Makes 12-18 muffins.
