JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar for topping

On low speed, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt, and add alternately with milk. Mash 1/2 cup blueberries. Stir in by hand.

Add rest of whole blueberries and stir in by hand. Grease muffin tins very well; top surface also. Pile high in each muffin cup. Sprinkle sugar over top. Makes 12 muffins.
