JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 2 c. blueberries Sift flour with baking powder and salt, cream butter and sugar in mixer until fluffy, add eggs one at a time. Blend well. Add flour mixture, begin and end with flour. Fold in berries by hand. Grease top of muffin tin and put in muffin papers (not necessary). Fill to top with batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. |
