THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. paprika

In a small mixing bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, celery, onion, milk and paprika. Cover and chill to store. Makes about 1 2/3 cups or 26 (1 tablespoon) servings.
